Vicent Martínez says that the origin of the idea was in finding a solution to the problem that is created by having books in two rows on a shelf. “It has always interested me to design a solution to a given problem.” Thus, the most difficult was to find a precise solution to this problem and to design this solution at the same time work and to be thrilled by it. “It was achieved by a moving body and wheels. From here it appears complicated, but it became something simple, “recalls Vincent. The original piece was made of plywood of natural ash with stained finishes and open pores lacquered in black and white. “This is because the black and white colors, with red wheels, were emphatic and expressed clearly the message of the product”. Ash-Wood also allowed lacquered open pore mesh veins creating a natural texture.
